Lost or Damaged Orders

All orders are handled with care before shipping out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact the carrier company to have it resolved.

    Changes or Wrong Address

    You have up to 24 hours to make changes to your order; HOWEVER, once your order has been processed and shipped, changes can no longer be made. In the event that a package is sent back to us due to an invalid address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

      Returns

      During this very health sensitive time, Her Lotus Co. will not be offering returns.

      Misuse of Fraud, Unauthorized Transactions or Disputes

      In the event that any customer receives their package and proceeds to file a dispute due to an “unauthorized charge”, they will be reported to the FTC department. From here, the FTC will conduct an investigation and you will be responsible for the penalty fee.

      Shipping

      Shipping will take 7-10 business days. Orders placed AFTER 5PM EST will be processed the following BUSINESS day. During this pandemic, delays are becoming normal.
